The Savannah College of Art & Design (SCAD) held a remote “Industry Week” in February of 2021, sponsored by the Industrial Design program. They brought in professional designers from around the country to speak to students about what it’s like being in the industry and being a professional designer. Topics ranged from how to make it as a freelancer to finding joy in your design job to healthcare design.
