Goal: Johnson Controls approached SCAD in the fall the 2011 to conduct an investigation into their existing HVAC service and to re-design any opportunities found. Students came from industrial design, interaction design, architecture, design management and graphic design to collaborate using service design methodologies. 

Together, a new brand was created. Airpro was created once opportunities around the experience of the contractors and the in store employees were discovered. This new brand allowed the contractors to have a better relationship with both their customers and their distributor.
