Hi, I'm Claire.
Currently based out of New York, I'm an industrial designer turned design strategist with a love for problem solving and meaningful design. A graduate of the Savannah College of Art & Design (SCAD), I am currently a design consultant at Doblin (see one of the projects I worked on here). Besides my client work at Doblin, I run rapid visualization and story telling workshops.
As a designer, I use user-driven insights to champion design and strategy; I love turning complex and ambiguous problems into tangible solutions that enrich the lives of the user or the business. I am able to view design through a business and strategy focused lens, and apply this concentration to the client work I do on a daily basis. I frequently champion the role of design with clients, no matter the scale of the project.
My breadth of work is varied; I've gotten the chance to improve the strategy of a large tool manufacturer, coach one of the largest privately held companies in the United States on how to become more innovative, collaborated with credit cards companies to improve customer journeys, as well as strategized about the future of grocery stores.
I'm known for rapidly visualizing problems, telling meaningful stories, always putting the user first, and my love of cats.
